Levasseur is a frequent collaborator in the contemporary performing arts.  His work with experimental dance artists often includes intense analysis of the performance space in an attempt to find a specifically revised aesthetic functionality within each given venue.  These collaborations seek a gently supportive design employing a deep cognizance of of the space, time, and the format of the art.
